Tara Lumley, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in baking and pastry arts. As a student, she earned an externship with the Boca Raton Resort and Club. After gradutation, she joined the Main Street Catering bakery and restaurant in Princeton, NJ. Her experiece brought her back to Florida when she joined the Ritz-Carlton, Naples, eventually leading the pastry department. Formerly the Pastry Chef at Angelina’s Ristorante her work has been featured on the cover of Gulfshore Life magazine’s ”Best Dishes in Town”!
Bayah Harrison, formerly a Chicago resident, has enjoyed baking for years. A graduate of Western Illinois University, her background is in Hospitality and Tourism. Bayah, a resident of Naples for six years has previously worked in marketing and administration but has a passion for cupcakes and sharing it with the community.
